Hello, hello!
How are you feeling? I hope you’re taking good care of yourself. The energy has been erratic, to say the least, and you need to be calm to surf the waves.
The week from Monday, 24th to Sunday, 30th of March, is one of the most eventful weeks, astrologically speaking, of 2025.
During this week, you have to be open to surprises, a deeper connection with the arts or spiritual practices, and revelations about your talents.
But you don’t have to work hard.
Let go of expectations and be open to surprises. Volatility is in the air.
The astrological events of this week
This is truly a VERY eventful week. These are the cosmic movements I want to cover:
• 15 days between eclipses
• Middle of Mercury's retrogradation
• Heliacal rising of Venus
• Venus retrograde goes back to Pisces
• Partial solar eclipse in Aries
• Mercury retrograde returns to Pisces
• Neptune ingresses Aries!
Let’s analyze each one of them.
15 days between eclipses
From the beginning of the week until Saturday, we are still in the psychedelic period between eclipses. To read more about this strange window, go to this Surrender edition of the newsletter:
Middle of Mercury retrograde in Aries
On Monday the 24th at 15:48, you could receive an epiphany.
The Sun conjuncts Mercury at 04°24’ of Aries. This conjunction marks the middle of the retrogradation.
The second part of the Mercury’s retrograde phase will be smoother, and the miscommunication or snafus that may have occurred in the first part will slowly dissipate.
You can learn about this topic by clicking on this text: The Phases of Mercury Retrograde
Heliacal rising of Venus
A few days after Venus’ retrograde conjunction with the Sun, Venus's heliacal rising takes place.
The heliacal rising is the moment when Venus first becomes visible in the morning sky just before sunrise.
Symbolically, this marks Venus’ reappearance after a period of being obscured by the Sun's glare.
The Mayans believed that this moment pointed to volatile political situations. Leaders became insecure and fallible.
Astrologer Bruce Scofield says the heliacal rising “often corresponds to a time of failure or resignation on the part of leaders and often coincides with a major accident or storm.”
This cycle, the event occurs on Wednesday 26th of March at 00°21’ Aries. However, I would pay attention to the news the whole week.
Venus retrograde goes back to Pisces
Venus returns to Pisces on Thursday the 27th at 04:41 and it invites you to relax, meditate, and maybe listen to music with more intention.
When Venus was in Aries, I have seen many cherry-colored clothes in different shops. I predict this will slowly change to give space to the Sea Witchery, Aura Beauty, and Fisherman Aesthetic trends now that Venus returns to Pisces.
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, I’m referring to a text I have written about Pinterest Predicts and Venus’ zodiac signs.
You can read it here: Pinterest Predicts 2025 and Astrology
Partial solar eclipse in Aries
The second eclipse of the season, a partial solar eclipse at 08°53’ of Aries, arrives on Saturday the 29th at 06:48.
Beginnings are in full force because it’s in the North Node in the first fiery sign of the zodiac.
This eclipse is important. But you may acknowledge its effects in the future.
Mercury retrograde returns to Pisces
On Saturday the 29th, at 22:18, Mercury retrograde ingresses Pisces.
Venus is already there, so this is the perfect combination to relax and decompress.
Neptune ingresses Aries!
The week and month definitely end with a BANG!
On Sunday 30th, at 08:01, Neptune enters Aries.
This hasn’t happened since 1862, so it’s a big deal.
Neptune will leave Aries for Taurus in 2038. In this current transit through Aries, this planet will inspire a bold reimagining of dreams and ideals, blend spiritual vision with courage, help us to pioneer new paths, and ignite collective passions.
I have written about the planetary movements of 2025 in this previous edition:
Now, I want to focus on Neptune in Aries specifically for those who have Saturn in Aries.
Neptune in Aries for those who have Saturn in Aries in the birth chart
At any given moment, multiple planetary alignments are co-occurring. They overlap each other, so there’s an interaction of different archetypal forces in play.
Sometimes, these diverse archetypal combinations are sharply divergent. One planet wants to do one thing, and the others may want to do something completely different.
This is why your first Saturn return never occurs in isolation. Other cosmic transits will be happening at the same time.
If you have Saturn in Aries, Neptune by transit will conjunct your natal Saturn during your Saturn return. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Astrologer Robert Hand states that Neptune by transit in conjunction with the natal Saturn can feel very confusing.
You may discover that your worldview isn’t accurate. This experience may come with a series of disappointments.
You could become disappointed in your family of origin, the authority figures in your life, or even yourself.
When you experience a Neptune transit, the rose-colored glasses fall off. No matter how hard you try, you can’t unsee the truth that is being revealed. You can run, but you can’t certainly hide.
Even though escapism is one of Neptune’s topics, there’s only so much you can do to avoid reality during this transit. Saturn is the principle of reality. It will remind you of your limits and boundaries.
In tandem, Neptune and Saturn work together to propel the collapse of the structures that have surpassed an expiration date. This process will be transformative and memorable in retrospect. However, going with the flow and allowing the changes to happen is also very uncomfortable.
At the highest level, Neptune by transit conjunct the natal Saturn is a prelude to enlightenment. This transit will allow you to grasp the true nature of the illusion or fantasy you call reality.
In most cases, this transit means that your concept of reality or truth is changing. This process begins with the dissolution of old concepts or beliefs.
This is why it’s a disorienting experience: you temporarily lose the point of reference for what’s true and what isn’t. It may take a while before you start building a new body of work regarding your beliefs.
The best way to handle Neptune by transit in conjunction with the natal Saturn is to get into comfortable surroundings. Reduce the stress level in your life as much as possible. Connect with the arts. Create and meditate more. Breathe. Stay on the questions rather than jumping to the answers.
You need to be calm to see what new truths emerge from the fog and confusion. And they will emerge. Probably not in the expected timeline or not as fast as you want them to, but they will emerge.
And that’s the point of no return. Now, you have a new set of beliefs. Welcome to your new reality.
Prompts for Week 6
Write [Week 6: Saturn in Aries] Volatility on top of the page and the week we’re in, just like in the last edition.
Go back to the “Activities I enjoyed as a kid” you wrote during week 4. Connect with at least one of them in a gentle manner.
Write a list of 10 activities you can do to feel calm. When you are anxious or too jittery, you may forget about how to take care of yourself. Writing this list when you are peaceful will offer you a handy tool for those moments when you can’t think clearly. This list will be your ally during the whole Saturn return. And probably beyond.
That’s it for now. I wanted to keep the prompts simple because this week is a lot already.
Take it easy.
With love,
Valentina
